work to become, not to acquire

This weekend we got a lot of yard work done. It's starting to look good again. Carly loved being outside in the sun and running around. So much so that it wore her out.

Yesterday we had surprise visitors. My parents came up. Unfortunately my Grandma Baldwin is not doing well so my Dad wanted to go see her again before she is gone.
We decided to do a barbecue with everyone (minus the Hunts - we missed them).



It was fun to have my family around. I really love them and the happiness they bring to our home.
Oh before Gma & Gpa left Carly had to get her favorite toys out, then they all had to hold a baby...Maddy didn't think it was that fun.
